Homeschool & Step Up Scholarship Information

At T.C. Elite Athletics LLC, we are fully dedicated to supporting Florida’s homeschooling and unique abilities communities. Our structural Physical Education (P.E.) and Sports Instructional curriculum is fully aligned with Florida’s Education Savings Account (ESA) guidelines. 

As a proudly registered Step Up For Students (SUFS) provider, we allow local families to seamlessly authorize their PEP and FES-UA scholarship funds directly through the official EMA Marketplace portal for automated, hassle-free tuition routing.

Our Eligible Step Up Service Options

1. The Year-Round Mustangs Academy Membership

• Service Category: Physical Education Program / Sports Participation Fees
• The Structure: Continuous, year-round physical education curriculum designed to develop athletic agility, motor skills, and hand-eye coordination. Includes 2 weekly structured instructional practices and 1 hosted scrimmage/game session per week during spring and fall seasons under professional coach supervision. Open to ages 5–17.
• Tuition & Registration Rate: $89.00 per month (Continuous monthly enrollment). Initial academy enrollment requires a one-time $40.00 Registration & Apparel Kit Fee to fully cover your student's custom game jersey, flag belt, and administrative youth liability insurance setup.

2. Mustangs 5-Day Morning Summer Camps

• Service Category: Sports Lessons / Sports Camps
• The Structure: High-intensity, short-term instructional summer sports camp operating Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Curriculum features progressive skill-station rotations, hand-eye coordination drills, non-contact footwork mechanics, heat safety hydration education, and structured daily camp tournaments.
• Tuition Rate: $125.00 per week-long session

How to Pay with Your Scholarship

We offer two convenient pathways to utilize your student's funds:

T.C. Elite Athletics LLC is a fully approved, state-certified provider (Service ID: 20131491). Parents can officially find our organization listed right inside their Step Up EMA Electronic Wallet portal under "Find a Provider" to cover 100% of our monthly tuition and athletic agility camps with $0 out-of-pocket costs for your family!

⚠️ STEP UP PROCESSING NOTICE: Our backend systems are currently processing a routine summer schedule and pricing alignment review inside the state database. To guarantee your athlete's capped division roster spot and lock in custom jersey manufacturing sizes before brackets close:

1. Finalize your Initial $40 Registration Fee today using our secure checkout link below.
2. Search and add "T.C. Elite Athletics" inside your Step Up portal to link your profile.
3. Your first full month's tuition ($89) is completely deferred until practices begin on the grass in July, giving the state system plenty of time to clear your automated invoice approval!

Method B: Out-of-Pocket Payment & Direct Reimbursement

To secure your child's roster spot immediately before our strict division caps fill up, you can pay normally on our website using a standard card.

• We will instantly email you an audit-proof, P.E.-compliant Itemized Receipt containing our corporate details and the required educational benefit language.
• Simply upload this receipt directly into your student's EMA Portal account, and Step Up will reimburse the funds straight back to your personal bank account.
