How to Use Your Florida Step Up Scholarship at The Mustangs

We are proud to be an officially approved, state-vetted direct provider for the Florida Step Up For Students Scholarship Program (including FES-UA and PEP Scholarship brackets). You can use your child’s state scholarship funding to fully cover our premium, year-round youth flag football and non-contact athletic physical literacy academy!

Follow these 4 simple steps to lock in your child’s 100% state-funded roster spot in less than 5 minutes:

Step 1: Get Registered with the Academy First

Go straight to our official registration tab https://tceliteathletics.com/register and complete your athlete’s initial enrollment data profile for your local county training division. Choose "Step Up Scholarship Parent" at checkout to defer your upfront tuition fees! Registration fees are to be paid out of pocket. You will receive a receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Step 2: Log into Your EMA Marketplace Account

Open a fresh browser window and log securely into your private Step Up For Students parent portal at: https://stepupforstudents.org 

Step 3: Search and Select Our Provider Profile

Navigate straight to the "My Scholar Shop / EMA Marketplace" directory search tab and filter our organization using these exact credentials:

• Provider Name: T.C. Elite Athletics LLC

• Master Provider ID Number: 20131491

• Service Category: Sports Lessons / Physical Education

Step 4: Request and Authorize Your Service Order

Select our academy profile, input your child’s grade tier, and request a standard Service Order matching our monthly tuition path ($89.00). Once your request hits our dashboard, our central front office will instantly approve the file and notify your Head Coach to release your field kickoff schedule!
